For researchers, from researchers.

Who is this for
Are you working with 3D samples like organoids, spheroids, or tissue sections, and using confocal microscopy to image them?
And when you do, do you often notice a dark core in the center of your samples?
That’s likely due to light loss: as the laser penetrates deeper into the tissue, signal gets weaker because of scattering and absorption. This makes it difficult to accurately quantify markers throughout the full depth of the sample.
If this sounds familiar, our Early Adopters Program is for you.
What is the Early Adopters Program?
This is a chance to collaborate with our team and try out for free Jellyfish, our tool for correcting light attenuation in confocal microscopy images.
We’re looking to work with a small group of researchers to test the tool, improve it based on different real use cases, and help you get more out of your 3D imaging data.
How it works
-
01 | Intro Meeting
We’ll start with a short meeting to understand your project and the type of samples and markers you’re working with.
-
02 | Pre-Imaging Session
Before you start collecting data, we’ll go through our recommended imaging protocol together and answer any questions.
-
03 | Image Acquisition
You collect images of your 3D samples using your own setup, following the shared protocol.
-
04 | Image Sharing
You send us the images using a secure method, and we take care of the processing.
-
05 | Image Correction
We run your data through Jellyfish to correct for signal loss.
-
06 | Results & Feedback
We’ll share the corrected images with you in a final meeting, and talk through the outcome and your impressions.
